I felt I had fallen deep into your heart…

Flowing in constancy with the 

Rich blood moving throughout 

Your body.

I was warm and alive

 Giving me more life

Then I have ever had.

You don’t know what it feels like

To be surrounded among Towers

Of blue Ice Glaciers

I have made

From this cruel world.

You

Are the very reason

I have hope-

And I thought I could live

Forever

But then one day…

I opened my eyes and realized

You were absent in my days

Horror consumed my mind and body.

My whole life seized to exist.

I tried to make sense of my loss

Blaming God

This ugly world of 

Violence and hate

For taking the only thing

That made sense

For when I felt like giving up

You always made sure

I was safe.

Forgive the sadness I hoped

You could fix

When all I wanted was to be loved.
